Adventist Information Ministry seeks motivated, dependable individuals to work as a Shift Leader (SL). The SLs support AIM and its mission by providing supervision and support to the Customer Service Representatives (CSR). Shift leaders are experts in the area of Customer Service, have shown themselves able to lead, and have an expressed desire to mentor and develop others in providing excellent customer service. SLs are responsible and committed to quality.
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure that CSRs are up to date on ministry changes, IT issues, etc.
- Review tickets for quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Monitor hold queues, live calls, and CSR activity
- Support CSRs with questions and crisis calls
- Be in the know of scheduled team and Phone Chaplains on duty
- Follow up on those that may be missing
- Assist with CSR meetings
- Assist with training CSRs and new Shift leaders
- Answer calls in peak periods
- Other duties as assigned

The hourly range for this position is between $16.52 – 16.58.
