Job Application

I authorize any of the persons or organizations referenced in this application to give AIM information concerning my previous employment or any other information they might have, personal or otherwise, with regards to any of the subjects covered by this application and release such parties from all libaility for any damage that may result from furnishing such information. I authorize AIM to make any investigation of my personal history, and to request and receive such information. If hired, I realize and accept the responsibility that all information/data handled by AIM is considered confidential and will not be discussed with anyone at any time, or released without proper authorization. I will follow the policies of the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventists®, Andrews University, Adventist Information Ministry, and the instruction of the supervisor. I understand that my schedule will include Sabbath and Sunday hours, at a time mutually agreed upon. I will be at my appointed job at the time scheduled by my supervisor. If I cannot make it, I will find a substitute. In an emergency, I will call my supervisor. I further understand that the employer recognizes the right of any employee to terminate employment at any time for any reason, and the employer retains a similar right. I understand that my initial employment is for a three month trial period, however, my employer is not obligated to employee me for the entire three month period nor am I required to continue my employment for the entire three month period. As a courtesy to my employer, I will try to give advance notice of my intention to terminate employment. 09/29/2023
